My Journey In DXN

I come from an average family where my father taught me the basic discipline of life—hard work pays, integrity is vital, don’t hurt anybody, learn to care and love people. I use those principles in my daily life. I am proud of my Dad and what I am today is because of his teachings.

My working life started as an Aerospace engineer back in 1979-worked initially in the field and finally ended up training pilots. The job was good but like any job, there was stress, no back up income and hardly any growth.

DXN came in my life by chance in April 2003, when my neighbor introduced me the Reishi and Morinzhi for my Irritable Bowel Syndrome problem. The product showed result but was slow and it took almost 3 years to get rid of my problem. I never gave up and that is how I became the product of the product.

When I joined DXN in Dubai, the top earner was hardly earning $500 per month. Frankly the business part did not excite me initially. But after a few months, I went on vacation to Vancouver, Canada, where I met a lady who was earning over $10,000 from DXN and I said, WHAT! and I instantly got hooked into the business. Without wasting a single moment, I took the basic marketing plan & business lessons from the lady. I told myself that I will do this business professionally. I searched in the Internet where I could get Network Marketing education and found Networking Times University and joined all the webinars and bought training materials to get the right education.Later joined MLM University and acquired higher level of business skills. What I learned, I applied, and within a few years, I decided to go full time in DXN. Education completely changed my business and the rest is history.

I immediately started working to build the right team. Building team was easy but building team leaders was a mammoth task and I am still working on that. Building leaders is a continuous process and this where residual income lies.

After nearly 10 years in business, my focus is now on coaching and mentoring team members and leaders. The toughest part of the business is to understand people and their mindset. In MLM business, the product is not Reishi or Spirulina but people, who are in your team.

In life, work and business, motivation and inspiration play a very important part, especially in the Network Marketing business. My motivation is the success of many leaders. In addition, I also conduct training and workshops globally to see more leaders are made. In 2012 my involvement with the Night Blindness Project in Pakistan became my new driving force where I have seen many blind children re-obtaining their vision.

I am grateful to Allah for giving me this opportunity, to Dr Lim Siow Jin, for providing the beneficial products & do-able marketing plan, the DXN staff for continuous support, and each and every one of my dedicated team members and leaders. Last but not the least; I am grateful to my wife and children who have been behind the sacrifice and success.

My message to all: If you are looking for freedom, DXN is the right company to provide you that.

Coffee Shop and its Future through DXN

Coffee is the most popular drink in the world, next to water. 81% of individuals drink coffee occasionally and more than 63% drink coffee on a regular basis. The average consumption rate of coffee is at around 2.6 glasses per day, and it is largely consumed in the morning.

With the large consumption, only a small percentage of coffee makers produce safe and healthy coffee without chemicals and dangerous substances. There are few coffee manufacturers who have Ganoderma in it. DXN is one of the companies which has Ganoderma in their coffee. I call it "energy coffee" or "more than a coffee".

Imagine healthy coffee with Ganoderma where people get health benefit. And if by drinking coffee and sharing benefit from it, you can start a business, nothing like it.
I was in Adis Ababa, Ethiopia last December where I met Ms Ambanesh, DXN main stockiest and a business woman. Along with her other businesses, she had started a unique coffee shop. I interviewed her and following are questions and answers about her coffee shop.

Question1. What is the concept of your special coffee shop, called "Green Arts Coffee"?

Answer:The concept is to provide natural, healthy and nutritious food and drinks. In addition, to promote healthy life style which is becoming more important than ever before in the world today and which DXN products are contributing a lot.

Question 2. How are people responding to it?

Answer : People are responding to it positively and are appreciating the
concept as it is the first one in Ethiopia. They also like the simple, decent/calm and relaxing environment setup.

Question 3. What all things are you serving along with coffee to your customers?

Answer : Along with our DXN coffee and other beverages, we also serve, light vegetarian food and snacks from Ethiopia and other parts of the world.

Question 4. What is the future of such coffee shop in Ethiopia?

Answer : In the future we plan to open several of them in the capital city and some in the other regions. We will introduce more healthy and nutritious food. We also plan to make it a platform for health (Prevention)and Nutrition discussion and training via videos and small talks by the experts.

Special note for all : The history shows that Ethiopia gave coffee to the world and now DXN Ethiopia has started with the new idea of Coffee Shop where we teach people about healthy eating and drinking.
