I come from an average family where my father taught me the basic discipline of life—hard work pays, integrity is vital, don’t hurt anybody, learn to care and love people. I use those principles in my daily life. I am proud of my Dad and what I am today is because of his teachings.

My working life started as an Aerospace engineer back in 1979-worked initially in the field and finally ended up training pilots. The job was good but like any job, there was stress, no back up income and hardly any growth.

DXN came in my life by chance in April 2003, when my neighbor introduced me the Reishi and Morinzhi for my Irritable Bowel Syndrome problem. The product showed result but was slow and it took almost 3 years to get rid of my problem. I never gave up and that is how I became the product of the product.

When I joined DXN in Dubai, the top earner was hardly earning $500 per month. Frankly the business part did not excite me initially. But after a few months, I went on vacation to Vancouver, Canada, where I met a lady who was earning over $10,000 from DXN and I said, WHAT! and I instantly got hooked into the business. Without wasting a single moment, I took the basic marketing plan & business lessons from the lady. I told myself that I will do this business professionally. I searched in the Internet where I could get Network Marketing education and found Networking Times University and joined all the webinars and bought training materials to get the right education.Later joined MLM University and acquired higher level of business skills. What I learned, I applied, and within a few years, I decided to go full time in DXN. Education completely changed my business and the rest is history.

I immediately started working to build the right team. Building team was easy but building team leaders was a mammoth task and I am still working on that. Building leaders is a continuous process and this where residual income lies.

After nearly 10 years in business, my focus is now on coaching and mentoring team members and leaders. The toughest part of the business is to understand people and their mindset. In MLM business, the product is not Reishi or Spirulina but people, who are in your team.

In life, work and business, motivation and inspiration play a very important part, especially in the Network Marketing business. My motivation is the success of many leaders. In addition, I also conduct training and workshops globally to see more leaders are made. In 2012 my involvement with the Night Blindness Project in Pakistan became my new driving force where I have seen many blind children re-obtaining their vision.

I am grateful to Allah for giving me this opportunity, to Dr Lim Siow Jin, for providing the beneficial products & do-able marketing plan, the DXN staff for continuous support, and each and every one of my dedicated team members and leaders. Last but not the least; I am grateful to my wife and children who have been behind the sacrifice and success.
